These ancient techniques will add more peaceful years to your life and give you tools to help heal your family & friends. It is the perfect place for healing and everything from the beach to the food will enhance and recharge you in a Divine way.

This retreat will be fun, rejuvenating experience features rituals and exercises to allow us to tap into the divine healing power of the Sun and the Ocean. The beaches in Jamaica are known to be the clear, refreshing and healing. We will be staying in a luxury retreat space with our own private beach so we will have time to enjoy the beauty of the ocean.

 

We will start our days with a Sunrise Ritual, meditation, Yoga and breathing exercises at the oceanfront.  Then we begin our lessons after a refreshing break fast of fresh fruit and smoothies. We will be served delicious raw meals made by our chef. Smoothies, salads, nut pate and more delicious treats are on the menu for all to enjoy. 

 

We will follow all safety precautions to make sure that everyone stays healthy while we travel and retreat together.  We will send instructions for you to prepare for this healing experience when you register.
